Introducing ACH Payments for Qualifying Residential Rebates
As part of our ongoing commitment to helping you better serve your customers and driving energy savings for Rocky Mountain Power, we are introducing electronic ACH payments for qualifying residential rebates. ACH is a benefit to you as a member of the Wattsmart Homes trade ally network.
ACH means faster payments for you. Here’s what you can expect:
- ACH payments will be made twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays for the projects that were approved for payment the previous Tuesday or Thursday respectively. Payments may be affected by holidays or business closures.
- The remittance on your bank statement will include a Project Number that matches the number in your Trade Ally Portal so you can track which projects have been approved and paid.
- Once enrolled, ACH setup will take approximately two weeks. Until then, rebate payments will be mailed to you by check.
