Wyoming Program Changes — July 2026

Thanks to new updates and offerings in Wyoming, saving energy and money is easier for your customers.

Summary of changes

Here is a quick look at the upcoming program changes in Wyoming:

new measures

  • Window Replacements The updates remove tiering options to provide one cohesive offering for upgrading to Class 22 windows. The incentive is now based on a per-window total rather than per square foot. Window Replacement applications no longer require the window worksheet. Rebate amounts may differ based on whether the home is Single Family or Multifamily.
  • Low-e Storm Windows Units must be ENERGY STAR® certified. This incentive is calculated on a per-window basis. Rebate amounts may differ based on whether the home is Single Family or Multifamily.
  • HVAC Tune-Up Tune-ups must include general maintenance, refrigerant charge adjustment (RCA) or airflow measurement to be eligible.

New Single-Family-specific measures

  • Advanced Duct Sealing, which is now available for whole-home duct sealing via aerosolized sealant.

revised measures

  • Window Heat Pumps This measure adds homes that have Central Air Conditioning (CAC) and modifies the qualifying products to Advanced Tier Heat Pumps only. See the Qualifying Products List for more information. With the added heating savings for this measure, the rebate is increasing. Rebate amounts may differ based on whether the home is Single Family or Multifamily.

  • Line Voltage Thermostats As of July 10, 2026, rebates will no longer be available.
